Suzi Takes The Wheel!

Hey Beauties,

I have been very naughty. For the last 2 years I have always had nail polish on my nails. But last week I had no colour Zero not even a hint of colour. I think it was me being lazy as I did lots of extra hours last week.

But this week I do have polish on. It was hard to choose as Melbourne's weather is crazy one day nice and sunny the next day storms. So I went for a camouflage colour.

  • OPI Suzi Takes The Wheel. (Nail Colour)

Hello Kitty exclusive to Priceline

Hey Beauties,

Priceline has realised a new Hello Kitty collection. So last weekend I was calling up all the Pricelines that where around me but nothing until I called the last place I thought would defiantly not have it. But guess what they did go figure (always try the one you never think will have any stock).

The hello kitty section was all the way down the back. The last stand on the back wall. If you blinked you would have missed it. They did not have everything in stock but most items where there. The only things missing was the eyeliners, sharpener, Loose Pigments and the black Compact.

What shocked me is how small everything is and how big the price tag is. I was very let down by the Lipsticks. Only half the size of a normal Lipstick for $12.95. Of course I did grab some after all it is  Hello Kitty. As for there nail polishes they had some pretty summer colours also not a regular size Nail polish for $10.

My Thoughts:
As I was really let down hoping it would be like the Sephoras range. Also how much I love Hello Kitty  the next time I would by form this collection is if they had a huge sale. Other wise its just a waste of money.

Price:
From $9.99-$14.95

Traget market:
I'm not sure how to explain it but Ill do my best. Its kinda In between kids and teenagers. Its in the makeup area and not where you would find little things for a 5 year old. Im not really sure who there market is. I'm thinking just everyone who loves Hell Kitty.

Compact Powder in Pashmina Rose

Lipsticks: Real Shin and Kiss in 07-03 Pink Floyd and Real Matt and Kiss in 08-04 in Bollywood

Pink Floyd and Bollywood
As for when I did some swatches on my lips i could not tell the difference between colours. But now looking at the photo I can tell that the colours are slightly different.

Have you picked up anything form the Hello Kitty Collection? What's your thoughts?

Ksubi

Whats your inspiration behind the design?
We wanted to make something raw and fun so we used black and white theme with had drawn illustrations that have a distinct child like quality. We were inspired by kids, game shows, tatts, pink flyers, our friends.

The charity Ksubi picked was War Child Australia.
War Children International is a family of independent humanitarian organisation which work together to help children and you people affected by armed conflict.
War Child Australia is staffed entirely by volunteers and has minimal administration cost, allowing 99% of every dollar raised to be donated directly to aid projects around the world.

Zimmermann

What is your inspiration behind the design?
I chose this print because I love the mix of colours, it feels summery in a soft vintage way.

The charity Zimmermann picked was Starlight Children's Foundation.
Since being formed as an Australian Children's charity in 1988, the Starlight Children's Foundation has brightened the lives of seriously ill and hospitalised children, and their family's.
Starlight provides programs integral to the total care of seriously ill children- while health professionals focus on treating the illness, Starlight is there to lift the spirits of the children, giving them the opportunity to laugh, play and be a child again.

    Meet our new family member!

    Hey Beauties,

I know this is off the beauty topic but I must share this with you.
Before America I was nagging and nagging John fo us to get a dog. He said after America and of course I did not forget what he said. So after we got back I had been looking and looking for a certain breed. That was a Pomeranian I had been looking every where but all I could find where dogs outside of Vic or had just been sold.

So I saw this one add In the trading post. The drive would be around 4 hours. So at first I did not call. But then I was like why not. Turns out the day after I got back form IMATS he would be in Melbourne for the day :)

So my aunty and my cousins went to go pick him up. When I got there I could see this small little fluffy thing from a mile away. I fell in love with him straight away how could you not right?
Both John and I found the perfect puppy to complete our family (will grow one day)

    Meet our new Pomeranian DUSTY.

He can be a crazy little thing. During the day he is quiet and sleeps but at night the inner dusty comes out and goes completely nuts. We have a big yard so he just runs and runs :)
Dusty is at the puppy stage so he is naughty but we are slowly training him.
John is so smitten by dusty that while Im not here john gives him a few snacks lol. John has told me he only gives dusty a tiny piece. But its so hard trying to teach him to stay away from our food. So now we eat at the table.

At the moment its been so hard blogging as Dusty takes up most of my time. Also every time I try to blog he just gets into everything. I have had some time tonight as he is asleep :)
But I love him so much ill have try to And find a new spot to blog besides my beauty room.
